As Technical Convenor for Dhwani '26, I supervised the web team and proposed the framework design for the official website of CET Trivandrum's cultural festival. The site brings together the fest's pillars — Spotlight, Antara, Nadanta, Dionysia, Nazaara, Khelotsav, Rangam, and Carpe Dictum — along with tickets, merch, and campus ambassador sign-ups.

As Technical Convenor, defined requirements for the fest website and scoped work for the web team
Proposed the tech stack and architecture (Vite + React, routing, component structure, and asset strategy)
Supervised and reviewed the team's work, set coding standards, and unblocked integration issues
Worked on information architecture to structure events, tickets, merch, and campus ambassador flows
Guided the UI direction around the Dhwani '26 identity while keeping the build performant
Reviewed PRs and ensured consistent component patterns as the team built with Lenis and Motion
Oversaw QA, performance checks, and deployment ahead of the October 2–4 fest
As Technical Convenor, I proposed the framework design and supervised the web team from scoping through launch, ensuring the chosen stack fit the timeline and scale.
Organised the fest's pillars and sub-events into a single narrative flow, so visitors can move from the vibe of Dhwani straight to the event they care about.
Guided the team in building with Vite + React, keeping components reusable and performance in check. Used Motion and Lenis deliberately to keep the experience fast on mid-range devices.

As Technical Convenor, I supervised the web team and proposed the framework design for dhwanicet.com, which went live for Dhwani '26 (October 2–4), giving students and visitors a single place to explore events and get passes.
